Satish Pradhan - Mumbai
Mr. Satish Pradhan is currently an Independent Consultant in Business Strategy, Corporate Governance, Organisational Transformation and Leadership Development. He retired as Advisor, Tata Sons Limited in 2015. He was the Chief of Group Human Resources at Tata Sons from April 2001 to May 2013. Prior to joining the Tata Group in 2001, he was with ICI Plc in London at their Head Office leading the Organisation Design & Development function.
Mr Pradhan has a Masters in History from Delhi University and has worked in several Public & Private Sector companies over the last 30 years. The companies that he has been associated with include Steel Authority of India, CMC, ICI India, Brooke Bond Lipton India Ltd (now Unilever India) and ICI Plc ( in London) in various capacities in the HR area.

Donny Huang is founding managing partner of 4stones Cross-Cultural Consulting Group. Donny is actively helping executives and managers become more effective in a globalized business environment through consulting, coaching, training, teaching and writing. He helps both international executives/managers and Chinese national executives/managers develop global leadership and cross-cultural competence, and contribute effectively to their organizations. He has consulted for large Chinese national corporations such as ChinaChem, Lenovo, COFCO as well as multi-nationals companies such Johnson & Johnson, Alcoa, Singapore Airline, Nike, Motorola, the World Bank, UBS, Royal Bank of Scotland, Areva and Agilent.
